First Japanese chef in Saison@Sanfrancisco. We focused around wood fire cooking of seasonal ingredients. We work directly with fisherman, farmers to source the best products in local existence. The kitchen and dining room share the same open space.

It is San Francisco cuisine, but it was a new dish that I felt both French and Japanese.Utilizing local ingredients such as Kamakura vegetables, nerve-tight fish from Nagai fishing port, Miyaji pork, and even drying with firewood, smoking and baking, there are many new dishes that have never been eaten before did. Wines are from the US West Coast and can be ordered in a glass.We had a good time at the counter with friends who loved delicious things.

Is this the only place where you can eat San Francisco food in Kamakura?Numerous dishes made with salmon were delicious!Reservations are required as there are only counter seats.

I visited last Christmas, and I want to go there again because I can't forget the delicious taste. A space full of chest filled with a happy scent ... ♡Thank you for all your kindness and kindness, even though the owner was serving alone.
